1. So proud of our team yesterday. It was another long day but a good day. It was great day to watch students get in there and connect. Super proud of Kylie who used her Spanish yesterday to invite people to the kids event. She is basically another translator which is a huge help.

2. For some reason I thought of this Scripture on the plane. Last night during Brads talk it has evident that this Scripture means something special for this trip.

But Peter said, "I have no silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!" And he took him by the right hand and raised him up, and immediately his feet and ankles were made strong. And leaping up he stood and began to walk, and entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God, and recognized him as the one who sat at the Beautiful Gate of the temple, asking for alms. And they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.
Acts 3:6‭-‬10 ESV

We don't have the ability to do a lot of things. Almost every resource we have or need is limited in some way. Most of us can't speak the language.

BUT one thing we have is the best resource of them all "The name of Jesus". We carry the name of Jesus with us and it is the most powerful unlimited resource available. There is a lot of things we do not have but what we do we should give away "The name of Jesus".

Let's give it away, give away the name of Jesus today.

Let's not fret over what we do not have, let's be thankful for what we do have and share it.

I hate I am going to miss Refuge this morning and any snow you might have. There will be no snow down here this week.

Today is church day and going to the park later to invite people to LA Mesa.

Have great day Refuge Church.
